this sunday 4th of september 2022 i was at the Godwill stadium miami store around 7/7:40 pm and i came across several unpleasant situations first the afro american cashier gave discounts to a customer while i already asked for a discount several times and they never gave me is it because i'm latina? second I noticed two maids leaving the store's production with two boxes of items where there were toys I asked if I could buy these toys for my granddaughter and they said no because they were her items and went to the box to make the payment sorry the maids choose the best for them in relation to discounts I think there should not be exclusives depending on the person's race

5/21/2022, 2:45 pm visit: Store is clean and well organized, Post pandemia Prices are Ski High, they have doubled the prices since that, even tough, Customer Service still a challenge, the hostile attitude against Customers is a common practice, I asked a woman in the Fitting rooms to open the Restroom for me, she was reluctant to do it...She did it making faces, by the way, why Restrooms have to be locked? What about keep it open and supervised. In her way to open the restrooms, she stop and confront my daughters because she was using a table for sale to review the clothes we were going to purchase. The hostile culture against Customers should be a priority corrective Management initiative.
