Do not move here.... The FALSE fire alarms will go off unexpectedly and it scares my 7 month old baby and my dog multiple times! This interrupts my baby's naps, our sleep, and meetings I attend when working from home. In addition, I have been locked out of the building multiple times due to repairs on gates and doors. I've also had my car towed as soon as I changed my license plate. To add on, our car has been broken into. I do not feel safe here. The hallway, stairway, and elevators have trash and dirt everywhere. There is so much more I can say, but would like to give you all a real picture of what it is like to live here. Everything has been going downhill as soon as the new company took over this year.

These apartments were amazing at first, the first management company they handled situations very well. A new company “CWS” that comes in, there has nothing but problems. Dirty hallways, fire alarms going off randomly in the crack of dawn! And they’re very LOUD to the point where you actually have to leave in order to avoid the annoying noise. We have pets of our own and it scares them very badly and I wouldn’t be surprised if it hurt their ears because it did it for me, my ears were ringing like crazy! I feel bad for the residents with children, pets, and the elderly! Also Trash valet doesn’t pick up trash sometimes and if we leave it out, we get a fee. Doors do not open to buildings, gate hasn’t been working for months and supposedly is getting fixed which isn’t true at all because there hasn’t been any IMPROVEMENT. Call box isn’t workable at all, can’t even put a code in to buzz anyone in. The apartment units are very beautiful on the inside, amenities are ok, maintenance does respond quick which is a huge pro. I’m just getting sick of these apartments excuses of a bad management job. The communication has went down the drain. Last management would always give regular updates and I just don’t feel comfortable here anymore. Probably will not renew my lease. And you will not find me under my name, it’s to protect my identity. I just want to be honest about the new management and how things have been nothing but downhill for the complex. There hasn’t been an update either, nothing but absolute silence. And I’m reposting my review because it didnt upload properly. But my review still stays the same!!! Terrible management!!! Do not live here

While the location is great this place has gone downhill since we moved in November of 2021. The gates are always broken, keys rarely work and now the fire alarms go off throughout the night. The fact that it went off three separate times Sunday night at 10, 11 and midnight is ridiculous. Having to get out of bed and sit outside until the firemen were able to show up when we have to get up for work is unacceptable. I expected to at least get some kind of update from the property today but it has been silent. It is way to expensive to live here to have this many issues. Oh and while it is nice they are updating the landscaping, that resulted the biggest rat I have ever seen in my life in my yard. Just to add on to all the other things going on here!

This place was amazing when my fiancé and I moved in 2021. Doors and gates were working. If not issues were aware of and addressed. Emails would be sent out to residents. Since the new owners I’ve gotten my vehicle broken into twice. No on site security ever seen and the whole 24/7 security is a vehicle that stops by all near by apartments for 3 minutes during 9pm. Half the time they’re on their phones passing by. All gates have not functioned nor the doors to enter into the building are ever working more than a couple of days. Now, no one is able to open doors with our key fob. Doors are propped open with trash containers. Let alone last night I would assume faulty fire alarms were going off from 10pm until 3-4am. I have a dog and it was driving him nuts. I can only imagine residents that have small children. I have 3 other friends that live here and we were all worried it was something serious. Haven’t received an email update in regards of this situation.
