I relocated to Dallas about 3 months ago and my experience with Vance has been very good so far. The apartment complex is kept clean, the finishes and touches in the units are beautiful, and the leasing staff is very helpful and always looking for ways to improve the community. If you love coffee there's even a coffee shop on the first floor! Id like to thank Duston for being extremely helpful during this process !

We have lived here since August 2021 and really enjoyed it. The complex is quiet, clean and our apartment is very nice. Being walking distance to bishop arts is a great perk. The maintenance team is very nice and they have come out twice one the same day when I put in requests (one for the water filter and one for our sink). The people at Brewed (the coffee shop in the building) are awesome and the coffee and breakfast tacos are great. There are a lot of dog owners, so our dog loves it here as well because he always gets to play. Dog Park Friday’s are a good time. Overall, we enjoy living here.

I lived here for a year and recently moved out. The apartments are newer, nice and a close walk from Bishop Arts restaurants and shops. The coffee shop downstairs is great! 2 things that could be helpful: - If you’re moving out, review the final bill carefully. When I brought up a discrepancy, the office went radio silent, but magically had a new updated bill with more charges a week later, without correcting the items I brought up previously. The dates for the new charges preceded the date of the first bill I received, so it was strange that the charges wouldn’t have been included previously. I’m still waiting for a resolution. - ALL your packages arrive later than normal because the building uses Fetch, which sounds great, but is terrible in execution and customer service. Check out their Yelp reviews. When I tried to post in our community board to ask other residents for tips on dealing with Fetch, my post was blocked by management. As I feared, almost all of my deliveries had issues. Lastly, the previous office team was warm and welcoming and created a community where people would post and connect often. Things have changed. My experience with Carolyn wasn’t as great as other reviewers. When I lost my job 2 months into my lease, she said she’d send me information that would be helpful. I never heard back, but, 7 months later, she was SUPER QUICK to email me about paying my early moveout fee. Classy.

Prompt maintenance services, great location to restaurants/small shops in bishop arts, and gorgeous interiors that do not look like your cookie cutter apartment. Loved my experience here! Also Carolyn is the best! She is always super responsive and helpful, and she really made my experience here as seamless as possible. The only reason I moved out was work relocating me, but I definitely would have renewed!
