I had to find another doctor after the terrible healthcare I received at Equitas. Their Housing Assistance program is even worse. I am still trying to get out of the debt caused by their neglect, incompetence, and overall abuse of clients.

My fiancé had to come in and get blood work. I was told to be at the office at 8:45 gets in three minutes before 845 gets greeted so rudely by.Tasha Clinical Manager, Stating hi, I’m in a meeting will check he went at 9 o’clock and she did this to multiple people as we sat there and waited to be checked it. No, this isn’t the first time this woman has done this. She is like this all the time I have called Equitas and made complaints and nothing gets done so maybe if Equitas starts getting bad reviews about her maybe I’ll do something like fire her.

Absolutely awful! What a nightmare trying to get basic care! I don't know where to begin. The office staff and computer systems need a complete overhaul. It's rare that they answer the phone. Takes forever to get through. Sometimes you don't get through at all. Scheduling is a nightmare. Be prepared to be rescheduled over and over. The refferals don't get sent out, if they eventually get around to it they get sent to the wrong drs. One specialist didn't receive the refferal until the day before my appointment! Absolutely ridiculous! The lack of communication with all departments leads to unnecessary suffering. Just yesterday I had another horrible experience and will Not be back. I waited 2 months for my appointment ( after being rescheduled once already) to get my hormones checked and see if I needed hrt. The dr thought my appointment was for my chronic illness and said they couldn't help me. Then thought I was already on hrt. I explained to the go between staff member that this was my first appointment with them and I hadn't had anything checked out yet. Apparently I was supposed to have an hour long first appointment not the 30 I was scheduled for. Thank you again for yet another mistake scheduling! The dr must have already made up her mind and they refused to see me! They specialize in hormones! Told me to go to a women's center. I'm nonbinary. So I guess nb paitents don't matter?! Nice inclusivity. One appointment, my wife was not allowed back with me because the office said covid precautions. I have cognitive impairment. My spouse helps me with remembering important details for me along with mobility because of balancing issues. I told them I needed her help and they refused. Nice discriminatory practices! I forgot a bunch of important things from the appointment due to my disability not being taken seriously. Amanda Dawicke that I saw for my chronic illness did try her best to help. (Only reason it's not 1 star) Any refferals I needed. Unfortunately Equitas only allowed her to do so much. She really tried to advocate for me and for her I am thankful. The staff is really nice. But the rest of the experience was traumatic. I've been suffering for years, my health continues to decline, and I can't get any help. Do better Equitas. Do better.

Hi Joseph - short answer is yes, but we're booking into January.
There is an on-site lab, but only for Equitas Health patients and only by appointment. Google LabCorp or Quest testing locations to see where you can take your orders. Most of those facilities will require an appointment, though.
Not sure if they do. I think it all depends on who you want to see.
Equitas is an amazing health care facility. I would call early in the morning around 7:30 and you should be able to get someone to answer. Or leave a VM with name and number and ask someone to call you as soon as possible. I hope that helps!
