Probably my favorite apartment I have ever had and I lived all over dfw. Mike the head Conceirge was always so nice and helpful, really good guy. Also lobby always has the lights on so that made me feel safe to walk my dogs alone at night. Katy trail for my dogs was awesome. Love the CVS across the street too.The management team is amazing, they are kind but also really good at their jobs and always take care of issues. Nick did our tour and he was a great leasing agent. The maintenance guys are super nice here and can come really fast if it’s urgent like within the hour. I don’t think I really had any problems when I lived here. Also it’s safe/secure here I saw like no homeless people and never heard about car break ins either which is super common in dfw, so that tells you the parking garage is good here. I think every place I lived besides here had trouble with car break ins. Even walking really late I rarely saw sketchy people. The only downsides are it can be noisy, the pool is pretty small and crowded, and it has a slow elevator. Overall the best place I lived! It’s expensive but worth it. I definitely miss living here.

I have to say this property has AMAZING staff. I was lucky enough to tour with Edward who was so personable and made me feel super comfortable. He was knowledgeable about the property and location. He made us feel like we could ask him anything and he would know the answer. He really listened when I let him know what I was looking for and what was important to me. I am in property management myself and he is AMAZING, thanks for such a great tour Edward!

Great apartment if you’re looking to move to the Victory Park/ Downtown Dallas area. Staff is great and always helpful. Mike (the lead concierge) is awesome! Maintenance guys are great and quick with request. Area is super close to great places to eat and to grab a drink. Walking distance to CVS and Tom Thumb. Parking garage is super safe and secure. Roof top has an amazing view. I loved living at Victory Place and will miss it!

Best place to live in Dallas, great amenities and unique location - close to Katy trail, CVS, Tom Thumb, Victory Station and a walk away from Victory Park Ln and Downtown. We have an amazing community and friendly neighborhood. The staff are the best, very welcoming and helpful.
