This place is terrible. They respond to these reviews as if they try to do the best they can but ive reached out 5+ times trying to reach the owner, nobody was able to help me. I’ve had multiple complaints about the disrespect & mess that the renovations are causing but ive had no help. They cracked my window & messed up my window ac while doing renovations outside. I had to come home to a cracked window, nobody informed me & it still isnt fixed.. There were 2 leaks in my bathroom vent & when i informed people about the issue, nobody helped. I had to clean up brown water on my own when they admitted to the mistakes they were making. They never checked any of the vents that were leaking afterwards, so mold may have grown. Disgusting… If you’re looking for low quality, this is definitely the place for you ! Also they start construction @7:45 am on the dot. No consideration for people sleeping.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. The management of this place is terrible. They claim to look into certain matters and situations but give you the run around and never give you any solutions. They have been doing renovations and construction for months without giving residents any timeline of when they would be done. There is constant banging, drilling, and heavy materials just being carelessly dropped directly in the apartment above me 6 days a week from the wee hours of the morning til late afternoon. I can’t even enjoy peace and quiet in my own home. On top of the construction the workers that are doing the job are rude and have no sense of urgency to fix the mistakes they are causing. There have been leaks coming from my bathroom ceiling vent from renovations and they claim “it’s not their fault”. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They are hiking up rent prices just for the quality of living here to be trash.

Just moved in, my new apartment is great. Nicest thing is the tile work in the bathroom.
