I scheduled a week ago for March 1st. I took the time, got there and I was not on the schedule. No apology and would not get me in for the day. Very poor service. I emailed the location and no response. Update - March 16, 2022- this is all lip service. It has now been two weeks and no response from management. Greg's was bought out by a larger company last Fall. This is what you get- bad service and lip service. It is now March 31, 2022. No response from Greg's Japanese besides the one response saying they will reach out. It has now been 6 attempts to get a response from management with nothing. Big corporation now- things aren't like they were

Greg's is great! Parker, the Service Manager, was awesome, very informative and knowledgeable on what work was needing to be done to my truck, and they had it all was wrapped up in a day and a half. My Tacoma needed new front brakes (almost a complete set, minus rotors), and a new rack & pinion (power steering). Toyota dealership quoted me $1,500.00 over what Greg's could do the work for, PLUS warranty on the work. Definitely would recommend, and will certainly be coming back.
