They helped us so much with the difficulties on getting our dog back home to Hawaii. We were told our health certificate was one day expired on the day of departure. Banfield was able to get us in that same day. Mahalo Aloha

Unacceptable! After numerous trips with numerous cats, this is no longer somewhere that I'll trust to bring my cats again. After calling last week to schedule a wellness check for the 1 year old "kitten" (covered by their insurance), was informed that we needed to pick up a sedative before bringing him in because he's "vicious". After questioning this, we were informed that last time he was in, they had to sedate him... Wait... Full stop... Not only did they not get consent to sedate him BEFORE, they also didn't inform us when picking him up. Who does that?!!! We recognized that he was really off last time after bringing him home and just assumed the trip was big and he needed to rest. No, they drugged him and didn't even have the courtesy to say as much. If we had decided to bring him to the emergency vet after hours, they would have had no idea of a newly induced medicine and could have seriously risked the health of my cat. Never again. And you can bet that the pet insurance on all 7 pets will be canceled.

They will lie to get your money. I called in to book an appointment for my kitty’s last comprehensive exam from her Wellness plan. I called in more than 3 weeks before her plan date end and was told to bring her in on 4/24 because this is the end date. I told the person on the phone I wanted an earlier appointment to make sure the visit is still covered under the Wellness plan. She insisted that 4/24 is the end date so I can take her in and the office visit will be covered. I booked the appointment and went to the office and was told that there will be $300-ish office visit fees. I told them that I scheduled 3 weeks ago and asked for an earlier appointment to avoid this and their scheduler over the phone insisted I can come in on 4/24 as the plan would still be in effect. All they said was: Sorry, I’m not the scheduler, nothing I can do.” They lied to schedule the day after my plan ends so that I would have to spend lots of money when I come in, wasting people time for no good reason. Never recommend this place to anyone.

Had a great experience, when taking my cat there. The doctor I saw was on loan to Tuckwila from the Renton location, but everyone from the front desk to the techs to the vet we're professional and kind. The location is clean with ample parking and well laid out, inside of a Pet Smart. If you go online, you can also have your first check up free for new customers and a single pet.

They won't tell you on Google, you have to go in, their appointments are 2 weeks out right now.
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
