Zero star if I can give. We bought a baby bassinet, very soon we found it didn’t work for my baby, we brought it to the store to return, it was within 90 days after the purchase under their return policy. Unfortunately the store rejected the return saying the item was used. Common sense, if we didn’t try it how can we know it doesn’t work? Then we called them again, we used online chats, neither way worked, they just let me call the manufacture. Unbelievable!!! How can a big company treat his clients like this? If I purchased on Amazon, I can easily return it. Sure, I will NOT buy anything in BBB and tell all my friends NOT to buy anything in BBB.

Weird staff. Weird environment. Upon entering I was confused about where to go for a return. I had to as the clerk I I could enter. I was confused how to exit. The clerk said mam you have to....it was a maze. I won't go back anytime soon. Poor merchandise selection in bath and beauty.

Classic BB&B location. They have all the usual stuff and some good sales going on at the moment. Nice big store, masks not required for vaccinated customers. Big clearance section work looking at.

Lots of parking and easy access. But I was struggling with the store layout. The sign for what I was looking for was not well located. After I found what I came for they did not have one out in the size I needed. It took forever to find someone working there to help. Eventually I did find someone and they found the item I needed in the size I needed in inventory and got it for me. But honestly I wish I had just ordered online.
