They need to hire some real parts guys in here. recently they've hired a new guy and he is not very good at getting your parts. Nothing more frustrating than having to drive all the way down there knowing your part is there and finding out it's not. It has happened to me three times in the last month🤬

Worst experience ever I gave the agent my car information for headlights he typed it in went to the front grab the headlights great customer service I get home they don't fit I tried to return and the manager woman says that she cannot return them because they've been opened how is this fair to the customer in any way shape or form then she tried to tell me what I had was a fog light when it was clearly a headlight and was packaged as I headlight she offered no course of action simply stated there was nothing she could do never going back if I could give zero Stars I would
