Victor was very kind and thorough of exterminating the spiders and spraying to control them from coming back. I tried managing the spider control myself but got overwhelming. So thankful Alta made it easy to sign up for the annual service and Victor performed the work the very next day! Love the fast and quality service all around!

I should have hung up when they tried to pressure me to sign a year service contract sight unseen for a rodent infestation. The service contract they later emailed for review lacked any details about the specific techniques they would use to control the rodents, how frequently they would service the property, the cost for each service visit or even the total cost for the year. The technician provided no specific extermination plan, no suggested frequency for service, and zero ideas as to where the rats were getting into the house. Contrary to their representation, they charged my credit card before even arriving at the property. They also required we sign the service contract before they would even step foot on the property, also contrary to what they represented on the phone. Save yourself money and time and avoid Alta Pest Control.

I received a service today. I expected them to take care of the entire home but they couldn’t do pest control in the attic. I was given a reason that the person missed out on bringing the ladder. It’s hard for me to understand how can they miss-out ladder which is essential for pest control service. Hopefully, they’ll do pest control in the attic at least next month as promised.

Communicating with them was very easy! They are very responsive and can be reached through text. When they had to cancel my appointment last min, they gave me a discount which I really appreciated. Shows they value their customers time. I just didn’t have a good experience with one of their technicians. Our technician arrived and originally told us he was only going to spray outside when we were told earlier in scheduling the appointment that they would do the inside the house because we had a lot of ants inside. Then he said “okay well I can do the inside but you need to leave for 3 hrs”. We were not told we couldn’t be home for the service before when I booked the appointment. However not wanting to lose the appointment we said we would leave. Maybe 10 min or less passed as he sprayed outside as we quickly packed to leave unexpectedly for 3 hrs. And then he asked if we were ready to go I said “give us 5 min” and he was like “I don’t have 5 min”. We had to leave unexpectedly at 9am! Give us 5 min! Then I sat in my car for a bit and he only sprayed inside for like 8 min then left. We have really been waiting on this service because the ants are getting pretty bad and I just am really doubtful he did a good job doing the whole house in that period of time…
