For real, their web site does a great job of being up front that: they may not be open, they may not have the currency they say they have, there may be additional fees, they may not be able to help you, etc. etc. But yeah, I read all that and even tried to call them several times. No luck. Eh. Took a chance on exchanging some currency for a trip and headed out here. Sure enough, nobody was there at the kiosk even though a sign professed they should be open. Other people were already standing in line waiting and hoping. I figured I'd wait too, up to half an hour. Eventually a casual dude sauntered in through the mall corridor, head down, mumbling something about being late, and he opened the place. Once he got going he was fine helping people, including me. However, I can see where these guys have kind of a corner on the market, so they can conduct themselves and their business however they want. So I guess that's how it goes. Just be patient, read all their terms, and decide if it is worth it to you. Above all, stay calm and be respectful. We need places like this, even with all their fees and uncertain hours.

I ordered what I needed online and got there on a Sunday right before they opened. Finally called after waiting for 15 minutes past opening and person that answered just said well it’s only a little past 12 so I am sure they will be there soon. Ummm shouldn’t they before before window opens? Other people started showing up too. I had to drive 40 minutes and had to get money that day, so I walked around mall. Someone finally showed up at 12:40. I guess it’s acceptable to go to work late.

They take several days to get currency orders in, even though delivery to home is next day. This isn't listed on their website. Beware - it is NOT faster to pick up in person. Customer Service person working at the exchange I talked to was not at all helpful or sympathetic to the problem

I called to secure an unusual currency. They answered the phone right away, said they would have to order it, and they would notify me when it came in. They did! Right on schedule. Fee was reasonable and I was given the option of purchasing with credit card or cash. I chose cash, to avoid credit card fees. I would use them again because of courtesy and convenience.

Yes you can.. they change 20 for a dollar.. I just went a week ago.
In general, there are only a few currencies that are commonly exchanged by banks and other brokers (they are called "tradable currencies") Euro, CA $, Yen, B. Pound, Swiss Franc, Australian $, New Z. $, Chinese RMB (this is new) and maybe the HK $. Indian, Russian, Malaysian, Phillippines and other non-tradable currencies- forget it. Mexican Pesos maybe possibly exchanged in the US at some places. And as to your other question, it depends. If the tradable currency is still legal, old bills - if whole and readable should be ok. And if you have regular coins, forget it, they are usually not exchanged. I hope this helps.
