No like Gesa. Inspirus was OK. School Employees Credit Union was great.

I needed to get a signature guarantee in order to buy US govt bonds. Only banks do this for their customers but Gesa stopped offering this service. Unbelievable that they don’t offer this basic service to members. My only option is to open an account at another bank when I’ve been with this credit union for 30 years.

I called in and asked A question about wire transfers, no charge one day the next day its $20. Horrible customer service and since GESA took over we have had a few accounting mistakes.

Despite Assurance from the company's own website, they are not actually part of the shared branching Network of credit unions, would not recommend. Also try sorting their reviews by new, mostly low rating over the last 2 years. All the good ratings are from 4 years ago.

Tou have to download the Gesa app to your phone or go to Gesa.com. On the App, at the bottom of the login screen is a button Inspirus members "Welcome Inspirus members! Click here to being tour new digital banking experience."
You would have to go into the branch or call the customer service number to request it.

Call the contact center. They will connect you to an automated system that can reset your pin after confirming your identity.
Inspirus members can visit any other credit union that takes in shared branching members. Verity, Sound, Salal, WSECU to name a few. Inspirus does not do transaction for other credit unions at their branches. Inspirus members can use other credit unions ATM machines at no cost.
I use BECU ATMs and dont get charged
Not at this time, but we are always looking for opportunities to "branch out." Be sure to check back periodically for updates!
