Bought a 250 dollar TV here. Took it home and when I tried to put the feet on, the screws did not fit properly..tried to remove them and reattempt several times. I am pretty handy and i am capable of repairing many things. So this should have been a simple 5 minute task. Before assuming it was defective I called the helpline explain to the lady my situation she said all she could really do was suggest I take it back to the store and see if they could help me or no so that's what I did. Let me say this is in 107ﾟ heat. when I got to the Store I explained to the young lady the situation she said there was nothing they could do I said do you think that someone could maybe just check or I could exchange it she said no you could return it I said OK fine so she would just recredit my credit card. Instead of crediting my credit card she charged it again so I was unable to use it at another store store 2 purchase A TV. I shop here often but it may be a while before I shop here again very bad customer service. Update Sunday 7 24 22. Purchase the same TV at Walmart can't brought it home put the vion no problem 1st try to < 5 minutes so though you know must have been a defective product so Vacaville Best Buy do better

Sad. Everything is locked and it's very annoying to shop there now. The thefts have forced store to hide almost everything. I miss Best buy of the previous years where customers could touch, feel, and experience everything.

Horrible experience. Barely any employees working the floor these days. The one positive thing is that the sales associate I finally found was friendly. I placed an order for a laptop and had to wait several days for delivery. The day it was supposed to arrive I got notified by email that it was delayed. When I called customer service they said it was canceled for some unknown reason. The first man I spoke to sounded drunk and didn’t bother to call me back when the call got disconnected over 15 minutes into the call (even though I verified my callback number at the beginning of the call). The second person I spoke to sounded like she could care less about the issue and told me it was canceled for some reason by Best Buy. We sat in complete silence while I waited for her to give me any options about the order. I finally asked “okay…. What do I do then?” She said I had to reorder. I asked to speak to the store and she said they don’t have a direct line but she will have them call me. Then she hung up on me when I was still talking. The store never called me. Two days later I’m still waiting on my refund for over $1000 that I was charged for an item I never got. I will never do business with Best Buy again. I went to Costco and had excellent service at a much better price.
