This company really can not perform thier duties. You're on hold for over 30 minutes and then they hang up on you. They say they are coming but don't show. Very disappointing to have to deal with them

Quick service, operation was well organized today. Lots of people coming and going and no one seemed to be there for very long. I like that they return the deposit you pay on motor oil, 10 cents per quart. It adds up if you have several vehicles and do your own oil.

I want to say yes for the residents with garbage pick up scheduled on that day already. Probably overtime pay for the sanitation employees.
No, took paint had more than 15 gallons.They were short handed but no problem. so I had to go around twice.

You have to pick it up in person in their downtown Vacaville office by the library. If you call ahead they can prepare the pass for pick up. It is hand-filled out by staff with your name.

No you do not have to live in Vacaville. We live in Fairfield and wverything was fine.
Im fairly certain the Davis st location doesn't & I heard the Hay Rd does for a fee ($10???).... I've had 2 Tires on my side yard for over a year & couldn't sell or give em away. I called America's tire's on Monte Vista. They disposed of both & only charged $2.50 each. Super quick in and out. So glad they're finally gone!

I don't believe they take wood at the recycle center. That should go to Hay Road Landfill. They are no longer taking pressure treated wood at the landfill.
The landfill on Hay road will with proper documentation from Dmv
Contact your waste management company they will send someone if it was missed.
They accept cardboard for recycling, but they do not pay you for it.
Recology is closed Sunday and Monday. I suggest somewhere else to recycle plastic food containers.
No VCR tapes at Recology You can donate them to the Library or Opportunity House though.
I think you can take box springs and mattresses on Saturday behind main building. 10am til 3pm
