DO NOT USE LOWE'S!!! We ordered everything for our kitchen remodel from Lowe's. While the sales person was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, the rest of the experience was horrible. The vendors that Lowe's has contracted with are half rate and will leave you with damaged and unusable products. The Lowe's installation team will then string you along for weeks and weeks and never do a single thing to rectify the problems. Our cabinets came in wrong and damaged. When the reorder came in they left them sitting at the warehouse for weeks until I finally had to drive out to Stockton myself to pick them up so that we could proceed with the kitchen. The cabinets were once again damaged and wrong. When we finally reached the stage to have the countertops put in the slabs have cracks, epoxy repairs and the cooktop hole was cut in the wrong place. After 6 weeks of being strung along by the installation team, they finally just came back with "we think you got a beautiful product so just live with the fact they are damaged and unusable". Considering I have spent my entire year's salary on this kitchen, to be left with damaged counters and a cooktop that I cannot install or use is heart breaking. And to have Lowe's just take my money and not care if I have a kitchen I can use is maddening. I will have to proceed with legal action to get my money back so that I can go to a real company that can fix this train wreck. DO NOT USE LOWE'S!!!!!!

Went in Lumber department to get my husband some wood he asked me to get. I know nothing about wood so I asked the lady at register if she could help me and she was glad to help. Her name was Beth she was the most helpful and nicest lady. I will definitely return to her anytime my husband needs lumber or supplies

The hubby sent me on a mission to get 2 things. A little over an hour later, I was successful. This store is huge; every aisle is spacious and clearly labeled. The employees were pretty helpful and shared what knowledge they had regarding my needs. I think this place has almost everything for any home improvement need. I particularly like the garden/succulent section. They have a nice assortment, but it's mostly common succulents that they carry.

I am looking for a Rome Beauty apple tree. Lowes and Home Depot do not have what i want .
I don't know what Lowe's return policy is but I can say they have never denied anything I've returned. I think they would like the returned item with it's original packaging, and probably unused, even if it's a defective item. Also bringing the purchase receipt moves returns faster.
