I went during a perfect timing of weather. The place is very spacious, open, and a lot trails that you can take. I went for a photoshoot and these were some pictures.

Visit this hidden gem within PeΓ±a Adobe Park! This recently renovated area features well maintained paths and Redwood trees that give you a taste of larger parks you can normally only find in bay area. Take a walk, explore the fauna then have a picnic at one of the shaded picnic tables.

Beautiful place to walk... many trails and many have shade. The grove is small but sweet. Lots of birds and flowers. Just minutes from the cities but you feel a world away.

The whole park closes at sundown, but you can still walk the path. It is recommended with all the wildlife around to listen to the sundown closing time though
Yes
Nope it's open :) If you go through the pena Adobe entrance on Butcher road, you can just follow the cement path in and you will run straight into it!
