Here are the grievances I have with Aptive Environmental. 1.) Three times in the last year, your service professionals have left the hose running in our front yard. We explicitly asked them to turn the water off every service after this happened the first time 1 year ago. If your service people can't even do that, I am concerned with other mistakes they are making on the job. Due to them leaving the hose running at the front of our home, we have had large water bills and property damage. 2.) Your company has used live traps when there were not supposed to under local restrictions. Additionally, the services have been extremely inconsistent at best. This tells me they are poorly trained and are not aware of the proper protocols. 3). My husband and I have sent multiple emails and called customer repeatedly and no one has gotten back to us, but I did have a sales person harassing me on my private property for more business. This is far more effort than any pest company should require from their customers. Your website states that your company was founded with family in mind. However, over the past two years, Aptive Environmental has caused our family unnecessary headaches, financial burden and property damage to boot.

This business has a fantastic Team! They are all very helpful and knowledgeable. Recently we had DeAndre who went above and beyond to help us with our mouse problems. He took the extra time to look at our trouble spots, check traps, and set up new ones. They all deliver on all of their promises with pest control. Great company and worth every penny.

Today Scott came to service our house. He did an amazing job and was very thorough throughout the whole process, and was also very accommodating. He is was very nice and professional, and never complained when I asked him to redo an area/go over an area again. Overall amazing service and would definitely recommend.

Damon did my service and he was great, Knocked on the door and told me what he was doing and then was thorough. This completed a year service for me and I definitely noticed that we did not get spiders and fleas like we have in previous years. They were also respectful on not hurting the wild frogs that live in the grass near a retention pond in the back of our property. Would highly recommend!
