It’s my cat’s birthday and my mission was to get him a birthday hat or outfit. I had looked all over the store and was sad to see that there weren’t any birthday options for pets … until i got to the very front of the store and saw their little selection of birthday decor! The store was nice and spacious with a variety of amenities :) overall a good petco

Very knowledgeable youg lady over at the aquarium section. With wonderful customer service/ communication skills, very friendly as well. We will definitely be back to this store to get fish when we start our aquarium. Thank you so very much! 🥰😇

Very small store with limited pet selection. wasn't sure if it was Due to covid or that this place just in general doesn't contain a whole lot of animals (which is good hopefully that means people are adopting new friends here). Lots of cages and tanks were empty and it was mainly filled with staff. The store itself was clean and was pleasant.

I came to the store to put in a Cat litter refill But totally Empty at refill station. It was empty the same way last time. Shops should always stock self-service refills. I talked to the store staff but they don't know when will be stock again. So I called Burien Petco, but they don't have a refill service station. So when I contacted Renton's shop, I got a reply saying that there was stock！However, it takes 25 minutes one way to the shop. It gave up and decided to buy other items. My shopping pays extra and wasted time. I have to come to refill the litter next time for my cat, please always stock up for litter.
