I had my worst experience at this branch. I took out cash and they gave me mixture of new and old 100 bills. It turns out that the 4 of the 5 old 100 bills they gave me were counterfeit. When I came back to them, they denied that they gave me the fake money. Now I lost $ 400 because of the incompetence of the staff at this branch. So if you were told that banks don’t give counterfeit money, this branch does.

I have never really liked this location. Now in September 2021 it really sucks. Can't ever get ahold of anyone on the phone they don't make it easy. I only need a money order can't seem to get one through drive-through. Drive-through is always filled because the branch is closed right now. I don't drive. This world is making everything impossible. I think the bank branches can open now. Our world still has to move. I called 4 times yesterday waited for the next available teller for 45 mins each time. This experience right here that I have been going through for about a week now has actually made want to change my bank. I had to give a star to give a review or I would have gave them a zero.

Despite what other reviews are saying, a coworker and I recently had a great experience at this branch. We had to make a large cash deposit and we did not call ahead (something we probably should have done). Betty and Janet helped us out big time and they were super nice to talk with. My boss was thinking about moving some company accounts to another bank, but my experience with Betty and Janet really sold him on Wells Fargo. Thanks gals, for your help!

People complaining about the line in these comments. Maybe need to learn what building rapport with customers is about. lol. I work in customer service so I get it. Their not slow just busy, I had three people in front me so a 40-45 minute wait to see a banker is pretty good. I have been to other Wells Fargo's where its 25 minutes with one customer. Anyway I would say go see Daniel JB the teller. He is extremely knowledgeable about operations and what products and services can best assist you. Karina Gomez is pretty awesome as well. Once I got to both I received fast and efficient customer service. I had a great experience!!!
