UPDATE: went to different hair salon. They did say that the stylist that did cut my hair at this location basically messed up my hair and gave me a haircut that did nothing for my hair. I unfortunately won’t ever be back at AVEDA for these reasons plus the reasons below This experience was okay.. I was a new client and wanted to try a new place . The place is beautiful on the inside. I think the lady did a nice job on my hair. I just wasn’t really happy with the experience overall. The vibe felt very heavy on sales , like pushing you to buy products/ hair procedures that cost more money. If you aren’t a customer that wants to spend a lot there, it seems like they won’t go the extra mile for you. I also felt like I was fit in last minute, so an extra request I had (which was to curl my hair after my haircut ) couldn’t be done.

I absolutely love A New Beginning! The staff is so wonderful and friendly throughout the whole entire process. From making a phone call to set up an appointment up until the moment you walk out the door, everyone is great. I have gone to this salon a few times in the past 3 years and They have done an amazing job making me feel safe with the pandemic going on. I also have to give the biggest shout out to Jess F. who works there! She is so awesome in what she does and always gives the most beautiful results in hair cuts and color! 10/10 I would highly recommend this place!!!
