Most predatory billing I have ever had in my 49 years of life!!! Top that with the worst customer service and uncompassionate employees. Bill just goes up and up with no notice except on the statement that you have to go through a lot to read and comes only through the app. Each time I try to cancel a service they tell me I will be billed even though I won't have the service and that I might as well keep it until next time. Vicious cycle of lies since I became a customer very dissatisfied with Spectrum.

Slow and neglectful, id have better luck trying to guess my neighbors wifi password with scrabble pieces than getting connected to an actual person to help fix my payment issue.

Robbie went above and beyond! We were switching from T-Mobile to Spectrum and had trouble getting our daughters phone to switch over. It was a 6 day ordeal and Robbie managed to save the day. She definitely didn't give up on us. So thankful to be done with that!

Had the service for 3 years. Problems non stop with everything from the cabling" we can't fix that, you live in an apartment we don't control that" to faulty tap and to building line issues due to multiple bad installations. Having a tech come out multiple times because of cheap and inefficient equipment that could barely handle the load and provided spotty at best coverage. Cost is not competitive in anyway and they offer no explanation or reimbursement for downtime and slow service periods which happen often. Would not use this service in the future.
