I just purchased foam and was on sale 40% but the sale associate didn’t give me 40% off. She was rude and didn’t answer my question. My husband also asked her about 40% off but she didn’t even look or answer him. She did 40% off for the other customer but didn’t for me because she was racist because I’m wearing hijab. I’m not buying anything from here again and don’t recommend others too. I would’ve ask the manager if they treat the customers like she did unfortunately.

Lovely lady at the cutting table(black lady w/blonde hair, sorry I didn't get her name). Very friendly and gets the job done and makes you feel like your very important! Sales lady on the floor working with yarn asked how I was as I was passing. Cashier up front also friendly and quick and she made a comment because she had to type in all the numbers. Great customer service today!

This JoAnn has the best selection and layout of any I've been to. They're extremely large and spacious, and I have yet to go here and *not* find what I was looking for. Staff is usually super helpful and friendly, too 💗👍👍

Fabric counter staff are worthless, rude and need to be educated on, not only what different stabilizers are, but also what different fabrics are. AS WELL AS proper customer service. Pointing in a direction and saying it's over there, doesn't really help the customer. Even the management was rude - if you don't have something (RFI Fabric <Radio Frequency ID Fabric>) then you just need to say you don't have that, don't know what it is... you don't need to be completely rude and say "We aren't that fancy"... I live in a small town in the country CLEAR ACROSS the state and our local fabric store had it and knew what it was. I understand not knowing what it was or having it in stock, but no need to be outright rude! I will NEVER shop with your specific establishment again, and I'll make sure family and friends don't either!
