First, I have been a loyal Apple customer for years! I have iPhone iPad MacBook Pro AirPods IWatch… Had Genius Bar appointment for replacing my AirPods Pro(which due to their recall) at 4:30pm and waited for more almost 1 hour. What’s the point for getting an appointment then? During my wait time, nobody came up and check if I was helped or giving me an update, letting me know I was not forgotten, even though few employees were just standing by the next table and talking. By the end, one technician came to me and said they didn’t have any AirPods for my replacement and told me they can do nothing about it and asked me to try another store… Why couldn’t they just tell me sooner or even not taking my AirPods appointment? Wasting my entire hour here for nothing. Would give 0 if I can.

I just wanted to get the education discount applied to my iPad because it wasn’t when I initially purchased it. It ended up being the same cost, due to the fact that I made my first purchase in Oregon. This is no fault of the staff whatsoever. However, due to some backwards policies, they couldn’t apply the value of my initial trade-in to this new transaction. This resulted in me having to pay full price for the new one, and I was told I would get a digital gift card for my trade-in that could only be spent in Apple stores. So I would have to pay $430.00 more for an iPad I already owned, and I couldn’t apply the gift card to this transaction so I would be forced to pay it. Obviously this didn’t make any sense for me, so I didn’t want to go through with it any longer. But the employee had already rung out the return, so they told me my iPad was now their property and I would have to pay the increased price in order to keep it… After escalating the situation to a lead, because who in their right mind would want to pay $430.00 more for something they already have, she simply told me there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak to someone who was able to do anything to resolve this situation that they caused I was met with a prompt, “He’s going to tell you the exact same thing I told you.” Surprisingly enough, this was a lie. Their manager Alex could at least give me the cash value of the gift card so I wouldn’t be forced to spend it on another Apple product. We’ll see if his words hold true as the card has yet to be sent to me. To sum things up, I went into the store with an iPad I owned, and left because I didn’t want to pay $430.00 more to keep it. So if you have been lacking companionship in life go to this Apple store and if you’re lucky maybe they’ll screw you like they screwed me.

I brought my old phone in to the Southcenter apple store to donate but it needed a new battery first. When I received my product back later, I was told they couldn’t replace the battery but did not explain why they couldn’t and wouldn’t show documentation/proof of their statement making it sound subjective. The store didn’t communicate via email or text with me that there was an issue when that would have been an easy step to do. I will not be going back to that location again. Subpar customer service and it left me dissatisfied with the company, but permanently lost a customer to the Southcenter location.

Not what I was expecting. I finally have enough money to buy a decent phone. Loud, busy. Wait for help. Grumpy sales guy. No smiles. No “how’s your day” welcome. Stiff. I’m ready to spend what to me is a lot of money. These guys are treating like it’s a grocery store exchange. I buy the phone. No offer of “ would you like to run through the set up or functions?” Nope. Just a pretty white shopping bag. So I leave and an hour later I go back determined to get better service and assistance with this new object that is not totally familiar to me. Another attractive but chilly salesperson to talk to. No clear sense that someone is going to do anything other than sell me their product. This is not the Apple Store experience I expected or wanted or got.

You should call the store to find out.
James best thing to do would be to go there at 9:30am. They open at 10am but start taking standby appointments from 9:30am. In that way you will get appointment as soon as they open store. If you go late there or you try to book online or over phone, it will be hard to get appointment quickly
Yes, you do need an appointment. No, there is no cost to receive a diagnostic.
Check Apple.com for current prices. The iPad 9th Gen 10.2” starts at $329.
Nope. Online only and as of today the 10th, delivery times are about Nov. 16th.
No appointment is needed. They have plenty of staff for that. Well, with the lock down going back into phase 2 I'm not sure where they will stand, but they won't be busy I wouldn't think.
If you made the appointment via your iPhone, go to Stores on your Apple store app. Select the store you booked your appointment at and go to My Reservations. Click on your reservation, then you can cancel or reschedule the appointment.
Unfortunately, if you bring the iPad to the Apple Store there will be little the Specialists can do. You may still bring it, however to find out if it is activation locked.

You can go to an Apple store, browse their products, and purchase their products (including their computers) there. They generally have most items in stock. Unless you walk in knowing exactly what you want, you'll probably have to have an employee consult with you and answer questions, and you may have to wait for one of those employees to become available, as they may be helping other customers.
When u get there they will ask for first n last name n cell # n they will put u in their system n text u when it's ur turn. U make a appointment there because they be very busy especially now holidays are coming.
An activation locked device may only be unlocked with the AppleID password or a valid receipt.
This link brings you to the page where you can make an appointment: https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=arshw Scroll down to where the Bring In For Repair option is located and appointments can be made there

Yes, feel free to visit the store and someone from the Genius Bar will do their best to help you.
Yeah
An ipod touch would not be "locked" and have never come that way. An iPhone would be since it is tied to a specific cellular carrier.
May I make appointment for tomorrow at 12:00pm please
They're are no Mac pro classes but you can have a quick start class telling you the basics.
Not really. But the appointments are for fixing issues and stuff like that, so maybe.
Wow, that is weird. Maybe schedule a genius bar appointment or something.
Yes
Maybe go to Apple's website and search up genius bar appointment.
