I went in yesterday to get my phone screen replaced after the guy at the bellevue mall location said it was fine. Well the tech that does the repairs was on break for 40 minutes and they said to come back. So I did... sure enough again was told to come back later. Yall know what the gas prices are looking like and I got a v8 and i don't live in tukwila! Aside from taking time off work to go in and wasting my time twice, I called the at&t customer service line and they said they will waive the fee to get my screen replaced. Mind you at the beginning it tells u calls are recorded. Well alright I was happy with that and then he gave me # to call asurion to have a tech come out to me. Well they don't have availability till a bit over a week. And my screen needs to be replaced yesterday. Verizon NEVER did this! They always sent techs out asap.. so I finally after two attempts of calling asurion b/c they're automated system hung up on me she tells me they can't waive the fee and to call at&t so here I am 3rd day calling at&t. This rep Kacey and Mgr Gayle both tell me that asurion has to waive the fee 😑 so I tell her I don't have time to call them again and Gayle says "don't worry we will call together" she calls, idk what happened to Gayle but she sure as hell did not call with me. I am beyond livid and annoyed with all of this!! I will go to the store today AGAIN and then come back and update this....

First, My Samsung 5G phone stopped working when AT&T upgraded their 5G network in March 2022. They would not support me with a resolution. And I can't call them for support without using someone else's phone. At the AT&T store, I had to upgrade to another service plan for 25% or more monthly. Then, they want me to pay a phone support fee of $17/mo. I declined and they made me sign a waiver and threatened me with possibilities of phone breakage. Then the pushed hard to get me to switch to their internet and TV supplier. And finally wanted me to buy a protective phone case and some other accessory so that I get one more accessory free. They took the case out of the box and implied that I was going to buy it. I declined, but the pressure to extract money out of me was intense. Soooo unethical.

John was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He knew about current promotions to get me the best deal. More about helping than about getting the biggest sale. Also, this is a corporate store so they're capable of processing more complex transactions.

We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
