There were several of us who went for pedis and manis/tips. All of us got put in the pedi chairs at the same time but by the time they started on myself and my mom the water was barely warm and they had almost finished the first one of our group. Also I repeatedly asked for hard gel extensions but got regular acrylics. The acrylic and nail polish did not cover the whole nail, the polish itself needed at least one more coat to not be see through, and the rhinestones I got didn’t even last a full day before all falling off. Very disappointing especially for how much it cost.

I can confidently say in the ten years since I have been getting my nails done, I have never had a more terrible experience than Luxury nail spa NW in Tukwila. I came here to get a mani/Pedi with my friend, and we were treated like garbage. I got my nails done, hoping it would be relaxing; instead, it was the opposite, the vibe and whole experience was very stressful. They sat me down and were rushing on my mani and Pedi and kept pulling my hand rudely; I’m assuming to relax my finger. Instead of saying “can you please stop moving?” the lady rudely said “stop moving!” My nail tech then asked me if my nails were dried after she painted them and put my hand under the UV light. Isn’t it your responsibility to check if it’s dry or not if you are the nail tech? My friend's nail tech asked her what color she wanted for her nails, not even giving her the basket to choose and when my friend asked for the basket to choose from, they handed it to her and proceeded to roll her eyes at my friend and stare at her. The workers hate their job. The man working there, who I assume was the owner, was directing some of them to do specific work, and they would roll their eyes and give dirty looks. My friend and I also purchased different services but were somehow charged the same amount. I got a gel fill mani and a shellac Pedi that they charged me $95 for. Your shop is trash, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. I have been here many times, mainly when I lived closer in west Seattle and had no problems, but this place has gone downhill. My chair had no massage option and was the most I have ever paid for a many/pedi and the same night the polish chipped and was very streaky. Second and third picture is day 4 of my manicure.

They did an ok job on our nails but weren't receptive to what we asked for and stated they knew what was best (I wanted my nails shorter, they said longer looked better). My technician kept hitting me with the sanding tool and said it was because I wasn't relaxed (after the first few times, yeah, I stopped relaxing). Decent work but don't expect to be treated overly nice.

Good first experience. They were very quick and efficient. My nails look great and toes too! Done in 90 minutes

I've never taken appeared in there but it's always best to call them 1st period there nail spa is very sanitize and clean so I doubt it unless it is a service animal, but it never hurts to call and check.
No
Acrylics cost anywhere from 25-40 depending on how you get them done.. (gel, ombre, gems etc.)
A pedicure is $25 if memory serves me right. I think It’s an extra $5-$10 for hot wax
