Jennifer Smith is our HOA representative at The Lake Jeanette Community in Greensboro . It must be very hard to get positive comments in an occupation such as hers since every contact is a problem . However , Jennifer is exactly the kind of employee I would want to have if I was running Slattery Management - very professional, terrific follow up, impressive knowledge of the details , empathy , reads customers very well and adjusts her approach to each situation . She is also very effective helping a customer understand when they might not be able to get their way Thank you Jennifer

The management at this company is horrible. They raise their prices every year by $20 the maintenance is slow to none. When you call there they send you to voicemail and no one gets back to you. The grass looks terrible the hedges aren’t trimmed they don’t care about their community all they care about is getting that money.

I have past Due HOA fees. They send my account straight to an attorney. They didn’t send me a letter of warning nothing. No paper trail or email stating I had a certain amount to pay my balance of legal proceedings would occur. I just get a letter in the mail not even certified (thank goodness no one takes our mai) You would think certified mail would be the correct way to send legal documentation stating they will put a lien on your home for 155.00. Anyways, Never received anything about an attorney. They are always late with paperwork or it doesn’t show up. They didn’t follow any procedure before getting an Attorney involved. Unprofessional.
