Why does the clubhouse/ exercise room have to close, after the HOA dues were raised? How much money can that save? Complete injustice. The residents deserve more

Typical Slatter Management they are King and all the residents in there developments are their peasants. DO AS THEY SAY AND PAY MORE for nothing and work with the builders and their needs not the residents
