I have been seeing Dr. Cohen for about a year now. He has replaced my spinal stimulator and has done an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion. I am also seeing him for issues in my lumbar spine. He and his staff are easily accessible in both the High Point and Greensboro offices. They are very friendly and as far as I am concerned, at the top of their profession. My improvement from surgery has been phenomenal and complete. There is not even a visible scar from the ACDF procedure. No one wants surgery, but I will return to Dr. Cohen if I ever have any future surgical needs. I cannot say enough good about him. I am convinced that presidents and royalty don't have any better care than he provides!

Nobody wants to have surgery but if you need to have it done I recommend dr. Cohen he has done two surgeries for me with great success He's a 20 on a one to ten scale he is a great surgeon and kind compassionate person I hope you never have to have surgery but if you do for your sake see dr. Cohen

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism I received from Dr. Cohen and his PAs and staff. After being evaluated by another Dr., going through physical therapy, and months of discomfort, I finally experienced a viable solution to my dilemma. I am thankful for the inspiration to search for specialist to address my situation.

Dr Cohen did surgery on my neck 3 months ago. Results have been very good. No longer having constant pain and good movement. Very satisfied. Follow up has been excellent.

YES! Dr. Cohen did my Scoliosis surgery 3 years ago and then took over my pain care. He and his staff are very professional. Part of my spinemail is fused and I have lots of metal to drive airport security crazy. I had no complications and started my Physical therapy, in the same building, and every thing went fin
Dr. Cohen just did my back surgery dec 9th came home dec 10 I could not hardly walk I couldn't stand to cook anything but I'm telling you I can walk down to the end of the road where I live and back there is no way I could do that before there is alot of pain after surgery but if you dont get up and walk move around and do what he says to do I'm sure the surgery won't help it's a shame but all I can say is thank you to dr.max cohen he helped me 2019 dec 9th
I am not sure as the surgeries he did for my husband could not have been done that way. My husband has a virulent strain of osteoarthritis that has no cure so the only option has been pain management until that is no longer sufficient and then surgery has to be done to use screws and rods along with bone grafts to rebuild his spine. Give his office a call to verify.
Yes it takes four to six weeks after a herniated discs done by endoscopy
No. My husband has been seeing him for nearly 10 years for degenerative arthritis. He has told several friends and relatives about the great work Dr. Cohen has done for him and they were able to get appointments.
He does neck and spine.
