The hotel is nice. However it's a bit expensive. Sister came to visit for an hour and had to pay $15 to park. If you stay it's $20 to swim in their little Waterpark. The place was overall good except one thing. The floors are laminate wood look flooring and while it's nice, I have a baby that crawls so I bring a little mop and clean the floor myself so if my kid crawls off the play mat he isn't covered in icky germs. I was shocked at how dirty the floor was. My mop was filthy. I would say they need to mop floors better or after each guest. I don't think they do...? That would be my only complaint. Other than that it's a nice place in cool location. Near Creighton Campus and The big baseball stadium. 😀

I tried so hard to be patient with writing this review. We stayed at this location June 11. Disappointment number 1: there is a pool; however, it costs $20 per person per day to use said pool. Fine. We got to our room-no remote and no phone. Minor-we dealt with it. We woke up the next morning and had a disgustingly dirty pair of women's underwear on the floor at the base of the bed. These were not our underwear. I wanted to shower but found pubic hair on the towels. I was so disgusted. I went to the front desk and Alexandria was amazing. She agreed it was disgusting and something needed to be done. She offered us breakfast (it was fine-but nothing to write home about). Once we returned home, I waited to hear from the GM. I’m still waiting. I just received notification that the GM doesn’t feel this deserves a refund because we were offered breakfast. Please note: at every other hotel I have ever stayed at, this exact breakfast is free-included in the stay. I am disgusted at the idea that this room was not cleaned and the management of the hotel is fine with that. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I really prefer leaving positive reviews-and that’s what most of my reviews are; but this is unacceptable and it has nothing to do with the money-it’s owning that this was no okay and wanting to make it right…not blowing me off. Note: I’m aware there is a shortage on cleaning staff and we do tip our room attendants-but a room shouldn’t be marked as clean until is has actually been cleaned.

Definitely disappointed. Staff were all nice. But The water park was $20 per day per person additional. I’ve stayed at many hotels that had a larger water park for free when staying. Parking is $10 per night. And breakfast you can buy a voucher good for 2 adults for $10 each day. It was just my 3 year old daughter and I and they said the voucher was only good for adults. So the voucher I purchased for two people - I was only able to get my breakfast and had to pay for my 3 years breakfast. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I booked a suite room through hotels.com, when I arrived it wasn’t the room I booked and the front desk would not help me get the room I paid for. They told me the hotel was full and they wouldn’t give me any money back. Secondly the towels in our room were all dirty and stained and the hot water was barely warm so I hope you like taking a luke-warm shower. Thirdly: pay for parking? Come on.. the stalls are barely big enough to fit a car in them let alone a big truck. Last but not least, none of our keys would work, we had to get new keys multiple times and they still wouldn’t work. All in all I won’t stay here again, bad experience, I expected a lot better from a Holiday Inn.
