Honestly the best service outside of a Four Seasons. Took insanely good care of my wife and I when our flight was Diverted to Omaha. Shuttle was amazing, only 5 minutes to the airport, and they took us multiple times throughout the day so that we could handle the numerous issues. The bartender was fantastic and accommodating. Front desk was so nice and helpful. Room was great, very stylish and comfortable. Great views of the stadium, and nearby restaurants and cafes

Stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 days and couldn’t be anymore satisfied with my stay. Staff is beyond understandable and great with anything we needed or ask. Rooms were beyond amazing and truly loved the built in Bluetooth in the mirror! Will more than definitely stay here next time I visit Omaha as I am very happy with my past stay!

I loved the rooms at this hotel. They were very clean and the faux wood flooring made the room seem even extra clean. The room layout is excellent and a great use of the space! The front desk attendant was so welcoming and asked why we were staying at the hotel. She seems genuinely interested in our enjoyment of our stay and made an effort without us asking to give a room with a great view.

The staff at this hotel deserves 10 stars. I was there for a wedding this past weekend and they were so accommodating to whatever we needed. We had several rooms reserved and they were sold out the night before so we were not able to check in early but they put a couple rooms on their priority list to have done first so we could start getting ready. Jessica made sure everyone from the wedding group was happy and taken care of! Housekeeping was available for extra towels, blankets, etc it took them less than 5 min to deliver things we needed. We had a million things to do, they made everything flow smoothly. They have a nice bar area where we hung out before heading to the venue and had a shuttle available to take us to the venue and pick up afterwards. The whole hotel is very clean, updated, the floor to ceiling views were awesome too!
