Person on the phone was polite, helpful and friendly. The doctor that saw us was very informative and friendly to the kids. We didn’t feel rushed even though they were quite busy. He also answered all our questions. Definitely can see that they are skilled professionals.

My primary DR suggested I go to any Pamf Urgent Care to be physically examined due to my positive Covid test and my chest was (what I called tight) due to a non productive cough. I registered in Watsonville and was told only 2 patients in front of me and the DR would see me. I finally heard back via phone after sitting in my car for 2 hours that the DR (I did not get her name) thought because my chest was tight I needed to go to the hospital for tests. I told her my chest was tight because of the Covid cough which was non productive I just wanted to make sure I did not have pneumonia. The DR talked over me and would not listen to what I was trying to explain, so I had to go to the hospital and spend 4 hours waiting on tests and results which were all fine my symptoms were just Covid related. I think she did not want to treat a patient with Covid so she just sent me on and her listening skills are horrible.

Dr Kaplan was very informative and caring. The medical assistants talked me through everything and were very sweet. The receptionists were helpful and sweet. Dr Kaplan made me feel very comfortable and at ease being there. Love Sutter!

If I could put zero stars, I would. I saw Elizabeth M Lykins, PA after waiting 1.5 hours. I had injured my knee very badly playing tennis -- Grade 3 torn meniscus, torn ACL, and torn MCL. I have a very high pain tolerance and was professional athlete, so I can maintain composure pretty well. Apparently that works against you bc they seemed to then think I was overstating my pain. She wrote in my medical reocrd that there was no swelling in my knee when there was SIGNIFICANT swelling. They provided no comfort items for my knee while I waited. I asked for ice twice and never received it. I asked for something to put under my knee and did not receive it until the x-ray technician saw me start crying and brought me some strange x-ray thing that she thought I could wedge under my knee for support. Then Lykins came in. I was admittedly very frustrated at this point and said "Can someone please just get me an ice pack" to which she got very short with me and said "well I'm here to examine you" implying that I should just be happy that she was there. She still did not get me an ice pack. Then she simply announced that I did not have broken bones and should take tylenol and RICE. I didn't need to go to a doctor to know that. Given that I was in a lot of pain I asked if she could perscribe something for pain. She refused and tried to jam my leg into a brace, but I couldnt' straighten my leg and it was very painful so I told them to stop and said I wanted to leave. She then wrote in my record that I asked for narcotics and when I didn't get them, I abruptly left. I never asked for narcotics. I asked for pain medication. Lykins was a horrible provider. She had horrible bedside manner and was also extremely basic in her treatment plan. After seeing my orthopedic surgeon, he was shocked at the treatment I received.
