Nice hiking spot. We saw many creatures. Some egrets, hawks, crabs and a gopher snake. Many benches along the trails for resting. They even had naturalist guided tours twice today. The staff there are really friendly and helpful.

A really nice place to take a walk. There are several different paths you can take and none of them are too intense, it's mostly flat with a few mild hills here and there. Great place for birdwatching, so bring binoculars if you have them. Close enough to the ocean where it starts pretty cool, even on hot days but it never gets to cold. Closes kind of early, at 5.

Great place to hike! There are a couple of different trails with different sights and animals. See the park's website for the different sights. We did the South Marsh Loop Trail and highly recommend it! We did it clockwise and stopped by Hummingbird Island. Most of the trail is stroller friendly, apart from the train tracks and stairs by Hummingbird Island. The north side of trail is not shaded but the south side is mostly shaded. There is a slight elevation change at the beginning and end of the loop.

A wonderful place to observe nature. The bird life is extraordinary and the trails are easy to navigate.
