LASA offers a path of hope to so many!
Power in Knowledge
Crooks. The organization should be audited and shut down. They are embezzling funds from the government i.e. they claim they spend x amount of dollars for maintenance, in actuality, they use friends and non profit organizations and pocket the money the government gives them. They claim to be a non profit organization. This is false. They receive subsidized money from the government, this is a profit, they receive monthly incomes from rent, this is a profit, they receive a pay check for working there, this is a profit, they file tax returns at the end of the year, because they made a profit. They take people in need of housing, promise them hope, place them in a home, then they take advantage of these people through unlawful rent increases, harassment, and discrimination. I am working with the housing authorities and other agencies to see these devils in sheep's clothing exposed.

A pleasant Negroid Woman greeted us at the Front Desk after the bell was rung. I informed her that I was making donations, then she went in the back & retrieved a kind Caucazoid Woman. We were instructed where to unload the tangible donations & asked if a Tax Receipt was wanted. We unloaded used Women's Clothing, Women's Shoes, a used HP 🖨, some Office Supplies & Christmas Decorations. Happy that God blessed me to be able to give to others whom are less fortunate.

Just as a note; not easy to find but easy to pass. That being said... When you walk in, it's comforting. You can tell they are ready to help families. With it just being my other half and I, it was okay. But, it was nice to see that they had tons of things to play with, large stuffed animals to snuggle with. The receptionist was friendly and talked with us as she checked us in. The place was clean and inviting and staff were very friendly. I'm very happy with who we have as our case manager.

Yes, LASA is limited in the donations that they are accepting at this time, but they will usually accept diapers. Office access is limited, so, as Dakota suggested, calling in advance is recommended.
They are not excepting donations at this time!! However, what sizes are they? I would be happy to take them off your hands if they fit!
Drugs are not allowed on the premises
I'm not sure I understand your question...if your asking about who can live with you here at the prairie oaks apts, it's anybody you put on your application at access point for housings coordinated entry...if they're not on your lease, once you have a tenancy agreement/lease, you can fill out and submit a change of circumstance and add some one to your lease. I'm 99% sure that's how it works...best of luck to you
