I was having overheating issues and my laptop would shut down after two hours of using automatically. So I found this repair store and trusted Mr. Guy or Gyu would repair my computer in order for me to take my 4 hour exam 🙃 tonight right now after 2hrs my laptop shut down on me again!!! Right after paying him Saturday 235 dollars!!!! I will never return to get my laptop fix by him ever again. He's not trust worthy. I hope and pray my bank will honor my dispute tomorrow morning because I will be requesting one first thing in the morning. I am highly unsatisfied and want all my money back asap so it can go towards someone else who will get the job done and fixed properly. I gave him my laptop on Saturday morning and and by the end of the day he had it "repaired" and charged me 235 or something like that and to find out today after two hours it shuts down on me and overheated. Very unsatisfied. Cannot wait to dispute this tomorrow.

Very helpful and fast service. I had a problem with an iPhone that wouldn’t charge - he fixed the problem right there and then at a very reasonable price. I was prepared to pay more to get the charging port replaced, which also would have been a reasonable cost, but he didn’t want me to have to wait for the part to come in. It’s great to be able to keep electronics going for longer without having to replace them. I’ll definitely return here for any computer or phone repairs.

Very, very nice technician! To be clear, he knows very little about Android phones and how the search properties work on the navigation bar within chrome. Do not take your phone here unless you need a battery replaced or a screen replaced. He does not either want to, or knows how to detect if you're phone has root directory issues. He admitted that iPhones are easier. I still paid him to be kind. But now I'm out decent money for someone I don't trust to do the job that didn't fix anything on my phone at all in any way. His website said he seeds his pride on his work. That's why I chose him. Stick to Apple and Microsoft stuff when you go here, or summit to be specific with him on what you need fixed. I told him 2 or 3 times it was very likely a root directory issues. I want him to continue to do well, but I will not use the services he offers again.
