Tuladhara yoga studio is a beautiful, clean, and inviting space. It is easy to relax and really focus on your practice without distractions and it doesn’t feel intimidating even if you haven’t done yoga in a long time. The owner and staff are also very kind and knowledgeable. Their prices aren’t outrageous and they often have a community class at a lower rate which make attending more accessible for the community. I definitely recommend!

Best yoga in town - by far!! The environment is welcoming for all and it is clean and tidy. All teachers are wonderful & have their unique style of teaching. I tell all my friends to come to Tuladhara, if they are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. All levels are welcome.

I've practiced yoga on and off for several years and I've taken classes from Laura before but her Expanding Levels Vinyasa on Tuesday at 7:15 really challenged me in a good way. The playlist was dope, she was funny and engaging, and she has a highly curated practice. Nothing was too intimidating. It was nice trying something new to learn and lean into for my own practice. Def worth checking her out!

Our Mixed Levels Vinyasa or Expanding levels classes typically are most challenging. These classes are not recommended for the brand new yogi, but if you’ve been on your mat a few times these classes are fun and fast paced! You will be challenged and will build muscle, cardio vascular strength and stamina!
You can register online on our website or on the MINDBODY ap or just come in about 10-15 minutes prior to the class you want to take and we can assist you!
Yes! We have a great classes for beginners! You can sign up for our Yoga for Beginners series or start with our Yoga basics class on Sundays at 10:30! We also have classes called Hatha, Yin, and Restore and Roll that are beginner friendly!
It is not, but always warm and and welcoming. Stop in for a class!
