I have chronic SI Joint Pain and need SI Joint fusion on both my Left and Right side. My insurance requires me to get 2 injections on each side in order to approve me for surgery. I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Rayus (especially considering these injections are not fun). The front desk receptionists were friendly and kind. Since I had to wait 2 week in between each injection, I feared it would be difficult to get in right away each time. That was not the case at all. I was able to keep the same time every two weeks throughout the process and that always made it easy. They ran on time which is rare for medical offices and during my injection experience, the MRI Tech and Doctor were both extremely friendly and comforting. They explained the procedures in detail and made sure I was really comfortable. If I ever need to go back for imaging or injections, I definitely will come here. Thanks for taking such great care of me! :)

Had a scheduled MRI exam at this place, showed up and they claimed I was not even scheduled. This is bad since I had referred them several clients.

The worst experience I’ve had. I went in for an epidural injection and ended up with an infection and a spinal headache because at some point my spinal cord was hit during the procedure. I called the office and the doctors personal cell and the nurse told me I shouldn’t have been hurting and they wouldn’t give me drugs. I was supposed to receive a call back from the doctor and never did. Instead, I ended up in the hospital and now out of work for at least a week. Clearly all the office cares about was getting their payment for the procedure not that I was in a bunch of pain. I’ll be filing a complaint with DOH as well. The nurse had no right to identify me as a drug seeker when I was requesting to be seen for a post op exam. Makes me believe that they knew they did wrong during my treatment and are just covering their butt.

I was lost and a arrived 20 minutes late. The front desk was still so kind to me. Fortunately I had filled out so much of my intake forms online prior to the visit. Immediately they took me in to get my MRI. The tech that assisted me explained everything super well I had no questions. She was kind and funny and made me feel very at ease. The MRI machine was loud and yet no part of it was scary to me. I will definitely be using this place if I get injured again.
