Doctors are great but the referral department and staff are poor. They messed up twice on my referral, 1 with MRI and 2nd with physical therapy. Sent the wrong information which cost me two days off of work on the 1st time. 2nd time they sat on the referral so long it expired before I was able to get all my physical therapy done. I called several times and left message's through MyChart and no response until two week's before I get a call from supervisor. I will not go back here once all my medical need's are done. VA is sent me here so maybe I let them know also about the issue's I have with this company so other Veterans don't get the same treatment!!

Outstanding in every way.! I was experiencing extreme shoulder pain. My fear was that I would need a referral followed by a several day wait . However, to my great relief I was offered not only one, but TWO appointment times the very next day, WITH, the doctor that I had seen before and was my preferred choice.!! They were on time. Let me repeat that , they were on time! I was led immediately to the exam room where I was asked a few questions followed by X-rays. The X-rays took no more 10 minutes. After returning to the exam room Dr Alan Thomas saw me in less than five minutes After determining the problem I was given a choice of three courses of treatment. I chose to have a cortisone shot I’m writing this 15 hours later, and my shoulder is Infinitely better, -following weeks of misery. The entire staff is friendly , competent and genuine. I had a horrible hip that had me on a walker and in extreme pain for 2.5 years. Other doctors would not touch it due to it being high risk. Dr. Gray saw the risk was as much or greater not doing the surgery. He did an amazing job with my hip replacement. I am happy to say I am 6 weeks out, continuing physical therapy and walking on a cane. Will be walking on my own soon. I can’t thank he and Sarah enough. I am eternally grateful!!
