We came in for dinner on a Wednesday, and although the restaurant was pretty empty, the overall service was pretty slow. I ordered the large classic spaghetti with basil pesto sauce and it was delicious, but very oily. I couldn't finish due to the large puddle of oil at the bottom of the bowl. There were different types of pasta noodles mixed it with the spaghetti, which didn't bother me, but I thought was funny. Sadly my husband did not enjoy his bean dish. He said the sausage was good but the beans tasted off. Overall it was just an ok meal, nothing exciting.

We have dined at Casa Mia for years and it has always been fabulous. I do not know what happened this last time. We walked in and 3 young women servers were standing by the cash register, one of them chewing a wad of gum very noisily. One of them finally looks at us and says how many? We got there just ahead of 2 large parties of young teenagers. My daughter ordered her usual lasagna. When her order arrived, I was a shocked. It looked like a lasagna pizza. Probably 1/3 the usual size. The sauces were not the same and the amount about 1/2 the usual. The server forgot to bring us bread. By the time the bread arrived we were done with our meal. The pizza my husband ordered was also subpar. My husband ate only 2 slices. The next day my daughter tried eating leftovers and could not finish her piece, she said the sauce tasted "gross". I would have immediately said something to the server immediately but my teenager begged me not to. There were two large groups of a boys basketball team by then and she didn't want to be embarrassed. As we left the same server still had her wad of gum in her mouth, chewing with her mouth wide open. First time I have been so disappointed. Love this place and will certainly go again, maybe, hopefully this was a one time experience.

I have come to this location for many times for years now. The food can be really great! But I was rather disappointed this past weekend coming in March 12 2022 I attempted to call in an order to go and was given a time for pick up approximately 20 minutes later. After waiting nearly an hour, I left with partial order. I understand circumstances can arise. But a little more attention to detail would be greatly appreciated. We all have many choices where we choose to spend money nowadays. If I had a restaurant, I would want to reassure the customer that we will try our best that this never happens again. I was not given this reassurance when I called in today to let them hear my concern. It is my hope that the proprietor / owner can see this honest review of The Lakewood Wa location. The place is a very simple .. My whole family is freaking out cause NOBODY IS WEARING MASK 🤔🤔🙁but it was late we are tired and just looking for a new place to try to eat .. We know it is not the restaurants fault that nobody wears mask , but nothing in their establishment that will have anyone to be aware of wearing it .. although the servers wears mask it is still a big concern for a small place like this not to implement face mask upon entering and only take it off when they are finally eating The food that we order are not too bad , potato chips is kinda salty , but the garlic bread with cheese is ok . we were not able to eat the pizza cause the people eating behind us are both coughing so bad , we just got scared .. I will recommend it for the garlic bread with cheese.. the pricing is not too bad
