Very fast, efficient, and affordable! Brian and his co-worker have been nothing but kind and (very) generous to me. You can definitely trust them to be honest with you when discussing matters, and doubly so in regards to fixing them! This was the first tech place I'd ever been to; I now bring my machine in whenever there's a problem I can't fix on my own. They do good work! To On-Site: I almost threw in the towel and would have downgraded to a cheaper laptop had I not found you guys' those months ago. To have it up and running again with no issues is a dream come true. Probably. Brian's shop rate is $65/hr. with a $35 minimum. He'll probably also need it at least a week to work on it.

Yes we do printer repair however, some printer may not be cost effective to repair. It would be best to call us at (253) 589-2391 and give us a little background on what happened before & after the paper feed issues in addition to the make/model of the printer. Thank you, Brian

Unfortunately, we would need to see the laptop to see what the blue screen looks like exactly and where it is showing (immediately or after a few seconds to a minute). Perhaps you would like to visit our shop for a system diagnostic. Please keep in mind our diagnostic fee ($35 for basic diagnostics) is applied to the repair of the unit.
