Woman at the desk barely looked up when I approached her. Tried to ask her questions, but she tried to start an argument. I left and watched from outside. She ignored others just as hard. Don't know if it's racial or something else. Horrible little woman.

I am a bit disappointed by the service that I received when I visited on 4/25. Upon walking in, I was greeted, and I attempted to tell the woman who was assisting me what I needed, which was, I needed my glasses that I purchased from the Walmart Vision center repaired as one of the temples to my glasses broke while I was wearing them. The woman proceeds to tell me that they did not have the tool to fix my glasses, and told me I would need to purchase a new frame. I proceeded to tell her that I have a warranty and she seemed surprised, and said, “you got your glasses from here??”. I said yes ma’am, I did, and I have a warranty. She then got up from her seat and had another woman come over, and I could overhear her saying to the other woman, “she claims she got them from here”. So the other woman approaches and she proceeded to ask me information so that she can look up my information. Once she pulled it up, she turns to the first lady and says yes she has a warranty until July. So the second lady asks me can she see the glasses and said, “I’ll be right back out with them.” So I asked her, I thought she said you didn’t have the tool to fix my glasses? The woman didn’t respond. This is my issue: why wouldn’t she request pertinent information from me initially? Why would she automatically assume that I hadn’t gotten my glasses from there?? It doesn’t even make sense to bring glasses that I purchased elsewhere to Walmart because common sense would tell me to take them to the place that I purchased them from. Why would she say they don’t have the tool needed to repair my glasses when that was clearly a lie? It took the other woman less than 5 minutes to repair my glasses. I don’t know why this lady didn’t believe me, or even try to look up my information and IMMEDIATELY assumed I hadn’t purchased my glasses from them. I didn’t even get an apology. The lady just stood there looking dumb. I need someone to explain to me the protocol of how they are suppose to address customers. Because either this lady sucked at her job or just flat out didn’t want to help me. Nevertheless, this is the reason for the two stars. I would have gave them one star, if it had not been for the 2nd lady who took the time to actually pull up my information and saw that I did purchase them from there, with my private insurance and had a warranty. I didn’t appreciate how I was treated, and hope to never have to encounter that woman again.

You are able to get an exam and prescription for contacts on same day if you currently wear them. I don't know about 1st time users.

He was very nice and informative. He explained everything and took his time with me. Answered all questions I had. It's small but very good service.
