They are swamped Monday mornings. They have an automated service has always called two days before the appointment to confirm the appointment and then they text either the day of or the day before as a reminder.
I am not sure about that but I do know that doctor Manny is one of the best doctors at Elias urology along with doctor hettler they are excellent both of them did surgery on me with kidney stones.
