OMG I enjoyed the time I spent at Nina's Braiding Hair Salon. We interactive with one another with laughs and talks, this was my first time visiting and I will visit again. I'm from Winter Haven Florida and to find someone that took me in at the last minute was truly a Blessing... AND IT ONLY TOOK 4 1/2 hours to get a head full of small braids..I LOVE IT, THANK YOU NINA

My braids look good. But they are so tight that on day 2 I took the parameter out for relief. They braid entirely to tight. I will NEVER go again!!

I give it 2 stars bc my hairstyle was nice but the customer service is what they need to def improve on. I called to schedule my appointment and after scheduling my appointment I asked do they accept cash, card and etc, the woman said yes BUT didn’t mention the $5 they charge for using your card. I text pictures of the hairstyles to the number the woman gave to me. This was 3 days prior to my appointment, I didn’t get any response via text and I sent the pictures so I could get a price. The day of my appointment I’m hit with the $5 fee for using my card, I told the lady that should’ve been disclosed to me over the phone( by the way I didn’t get any form of sorry or anything) I paid it unfortunately…the woman started braiding my hair and I told her DO NOT braid my hair tight especially my edges and she told me she will try but she is doing cornrows, so it’s going to be hard not to braid my edges tight🙄….needless to say if I didn’t have a trip to go on and had more time to reschedule with another place I would bc customer service is important and that woman didn’t have it!!! Which reflects bad on the entire shop.

Yes but i could refer you to someone that price will not change without notification my daughter went for 9 yrs. They really rubbed me wrong my last time and i was a repeated customer.
