I love this place been coming for a few years already, however, today's experience was really sad. My car got damaged I know its a risk we all take by bringing our vehicles to a automatic carwash but I kindly ask if it was possible for the to help with the issue and the only response received was "talk to your insurance". Of course I can talk to them but I'll have to pay the deductible for something that is not even my fault 😪

The best express car wash in Van Nuys... triple brush pass and a crazy amount of soap sprayed 4 times. The platinum wash is very, very good with the exception of the tires dressing...doesn't spread evenly so don't count on it working. Super strong vacuums!

Got the platinum car wash and although the dust layer came off easily, there was still remaining dirt on the car, probably because the car wash speed was too fast, not enough time to let the soap sit on the car. Windscreen remained spotty. I guess that’s why the price seemed too good to be true, with $8 for a basic wash, $15 for platinum. Free vacuums at the end.
