Had a great experience for purchasing a car! For me anyway, going to buy a car is stressful and nerve wracking, Robyn is such a wonderful, helpful, and positive individual, I drove home feeling great, not just because I purchased a much needed car, but because Robyn and the rest of the staff, Sarah, was my salesperson who worked hard to get the best deal she could for me, Kori and Yuli, ALL wonderful. When I 1st contacted your store I was informed Yuli The i was preapproved for $500 down $800 down or a $1000 down depending on the vehicle now today September 28th 8 2022 was the day I was supposed to put the down on the vehicle not ever being told that the down payment may vary depending on the finance company which came out to be much larger after numerous calls with you guys still no one said anything
