Good hotel for its price. Great views of the city of Springfield. Could be a bit more cleanly and the style could be more organized. It felt like the design of the lobby and halls were completely detached from the actual design of the rooms.

Warning: TONS OF BED BUGS! Overall, the hotel staff that I encountered were nice. I left around 1 am because I woke up covered in bed bugs though. They had all stages of them. I had to find a 24 hr laundromat to put all of my stuff in before finding a new booking elsewhere (because I refuse to be in inconsiderate enough to bring pests to someone else). They front desk lady couldn’t offer me a refund without her manager present, which is understandable. After having hotels.com speak on my behalf after my departure, I was not granted my refund. Rooms are updated and space is overall pretty. There is signage of having vending machines in the elevators, but these are not present. I had to drive down the road to buy a bottle of water.

The headboard was dirty, the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in. The staff was absolutely friendly but due to the way the room looked I was totally disappointed. I will never stay again. I didn't want to wrote the review because of how friendly the staff was but I have to be honest to prevent others from disappointment.

Straight Pride

Ok definitely needs better management housekeeping had to let us know there was even a bar on site , plastic cups in our suite ! Little things make a big difference. Update after waiting 2 hours for the bar to open it didn't so we had to go out 3 blocks in below zero wind-chill to have a drink in a hotel with a bar.
