Pool not open NO mention of this when we made reservation. We specifically picked this hotel because of the indoor pool as the weather was not good for swimming outdoors. Hotel nice and clean but the pool spoiled an otherwise nice stay!

The big selling point was an evening social and a good breakfast with gravy scrambled eggs sausage bacon and potatoes. But now they have taken all of that away and there are no more socials in the evening with food and drink and also the breakfast is a glorified 7-Eleven sandwich. For the extra money it is not worth being there

Very helpful staff; Lance at the front desk went above and beyond. The morning breakfast ladies were fantastic and the room was very comfortable. A home away from home. This is my new favorite hotel in Springfield IL.
