Shame on me for not having better credit, not knowing more about vehicles,but most of all for trusting this company and salesman Nolan. I went by a friend's recommendation because she knew my financial situation. I went in on a Saturday and spoke with Nolan. I told him what I wanted. I got what seemed like a decent car but I didn't look under the hood (again shame on me.) This morning the engine lights came on and I smelled smoke. I looked and found this under the engine (see below). I went to speak to Nolan and asked him to come look under the engine. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. Also said he is not a mechanic, he does NOT check the vehicles, and to call the service number on the paperwork. Both I and my son were upset with his response. If you don't know about vehicles or what an engine should look like, why are you selling cars? Hopefully after I speak to dealer licensing and TPMSU, there will be some resolution. I'm upset because I wanted a decent car and I got this. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for the service people to respond.
