Positive: Nothing Negative: Filthy hotel. Dog crap on stairs. Carpet in room was sticky. No elevator. Police were on the sceen when I arrived. Place was gross and scary. Don't Stay here!

I reserved a queen bed online, never received an email confirmation (I called for twice) when I got there they said they only had twin beds and were full and couldn’t do anything about it but ask for my next night. The girl at the front desk told me “no one likes the twin beds, their not comfortable” and she wasn't lying, there were lumps everywhere. They did tell me to ask the next day after checkouts for another room, when I did they said they had nothing. I asked for an late check out they said they couldn’t do that I had to pay the full day. I called the customer service line they said it was up to the front office. I asked for an adjustment in price since they gave me a twin they said there’s nothing they could do. The towels were stained, it was smoke free but some people who lived there (yes boxes and decor on their walls) smoked outside my window and door anyways. I had no tv remote and when I asked they said they had no more. Do not recommend this place for any reason! Find anywhere else to stay.

The room was clean and orderly when I checked in. Both Christina and Jaype were a delight. Knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. They really added that personal touch that so many other hotels seem to be lacking these days.

Positive: At least it is near the airport and near the mall Negative: I would not recommend the place to anybody. The furnitures are so old and the room smells . You can feel the air draft coming from the outside on the front door and have to put two towels to hinder the cool air. Electric outlets not working.
