If only I can give them zero rating, I would have. The apartment is a total waste of time, and money. My apartment was robbed. No cameras, its too dark. They don't take security seriously. Promises never kept. Maintenance is less than 0. I can hardly sleep at night cos of the trauma of the burglary. Till I will leave, I sleep with an eye open. I will NEVER wish my enemy to live here. Unfortunately, I did not read all these reviews before I moved in. So sad

This place is horrible. The grounds a not kept up at all. Very Very poor management, maintenance does not come out and repair issues, has mold with no intent to fix. Towing visitors cars without any kind of warning. May be budget friendly, but you get what you pay for.

Upon move in we were placed in a unit that wasn’t the one they originally told us. The kitchen laminate wasn’t clued down and there was paint on the carpet in every room. The drop ceiling tiles in the kitchen were stained and drooping from a water leak. I found a crack pipe and some rocks hanging out of it the day we moved in. The seal around the living room window leaked. Three weeks in they got new management who happened to live next door. They were constantly reconstructing their home, knocking out walls, and just over all disruptive for about 6 months. Keep in mind we lived in a unit with a brick firewall between us. There were several times the kids in the property were caught vandalizing and the families never got evicted for it. I’m talking spray paint on buildings, park equipment, and even cars. They stole all the fire extinguishers and emptied them about a week before state inspection. Drug dealers constantly in and out of the place. Shots fired multiple times. The pool was hardly unlocked because parents wouldn’t watch their children in the pool area. They have convicted felons and child molesters living here. I lived here Jan-Sep in 2013. I had a domestic dispute and filed paperwork with sheriffs present to be removed from the lease. A year later I’m getting a call from collections saying I owe nearly $1000 for an eviction when I was supposed to be removed from the lease.

Pft. They don't know laws regarding passports and lease agreements. They always change what they tell you, including the apartments you'll be staying in so good luck knowing where you'll live before signing a lease. I also didn't have air conditioning in my unit for a whole summer with a newborn... And someone else's unit didn't have a ceiling for most the year because the bathroom ceiling started leaking a few weeks into moving in...

The pool was closed down by the health department years ago. The whole complex should be closed down. Rat infested, crime infested, and the employees also are infested with lies. They are rude and unprofessional. I had to beg for a receipt after paying my rent. Very unstable company. I lived there only one year and they had a total of three managements by the time i moved out. .Unless you dont mind being treated badly, i dont recomend you move there. They dont value their tenants, just their checks
Do you live here , or did ?
Yes they do just stop buy the office they well gave it to you

No but apartments are shitball though maintenance crew don't speak English they don't fix anything
Depends on what kind of apartment you get
Me too i need the corporate number because i moved out 7 months ago and im still waiting on my deposit. Ive been to the office a few times and called several times they keep telling me its a corporate issue but they never give me their number. Now its about to be a court issue if they think they are going to keep my money!
